Joomla 3.x modules

Can you insert a module in another module?  I was requested to insert a PayPal donation option (which is a module) in the top banner of our website.  Is that possible?  I don't see a way to get that to work.  Can the PayPal donation function be set up as something other than a module so it would work?  Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

its not really a module in a module.
what you have is a theme with positions and  you have to configure the modules position which determines where to display that module
so it is down to the structure of the theme.

so some themes will have several positions in the header/banner for several modules.
so whatever is in your banner is a module being assigned that position.
check what positions are available for the theme you are using.
you may find another position on the header not bing used.

if not,  you can manually add more positions to a theme.   so you could have several modules in the banner.
this is one link that explains how positions are added to a theme.

- Also have you tried simply assigning 2 modules to the same position?  maybe they will be well behaved and display next to each other?

Thanks.  The problem is that the web creator didn't use a pre-made theme.  He created a custom theme, so it's not as easy for me to work with.  I did find a way to add what I wanted by putting the text and donation module inside a 2-cell table.
Still having a problem getting it to center in the top banner because of the logo on the left side.  I attached a pic of the top banner.

not sure what you need.
the custom template is still a template and  can still be modified using the link I gave.
