Hi,

Clear temp files (%temp%).
Check "network service" user identity has full permission in temp folders.
Check wsusapppool is started in iis\application pool, if not start it.
Cut and move the wsus console file from (
%appdata%\Microsoft\MMC).

if everything above failed to fix the issue, check the event logs and windows update logs to find the issue error to further check...

Thanks,

Given Full access to NetworkService on temp folder but no luck. Increased Private Memory to 6 GB, but no luck. This is what I see in event log

So I think this is fixed as I observed  since more than one hour, did not get. Increased WSUSapp Pool memory 12 GB. Working till now.

One More query. I see a lots of Updates are available and last was of 26th May 2017 while as I know, Microsoft release quality rollup every month. I manually re synced WSUS with  Microsoft, status was succeeded but size not updated. I restored the update in a Drive E:\WSUS but nothing is used in this drive, it is totally free like free 399 GB out of 399. I am  attaching screenshots.

1. I had changed the content directory path using movecontent command
2. Did full sync WSUS with  Microsoft

Where and how can I see the stored patch as current folder no showing any update.
