I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

hi Rob, there is a formula on this "project to do list"
=tblToDoList[[#This Row],[% Done]]
which refers to % completion, how could i change that for number of days it takes it takes to complete a task, for example

job                      start date             scheduled due date     actual completion date       variance
   1005                    1/12                      4/12                                 6/12                                        +2
   1006                    7/12                      9/12                                 8/12                                        -1

That doesn't look like a standard function, more like a user defined function. The details for that would be in a vba script in the file.
