Ghostscript + Redmon for Windows 2012 R2

Hi, i want to install Ghostscript and redmon to create virtual free pdf printer to print all files to pdf in windows 2012 R2. i got existing setup in windows 2003 it was working fine. Can someone explain how to setup this in windows 2012  r2 or any other similar tool have same free virtual print queue with instructions will helpful for me. Based on instrctuions i need to setup in print server and share and map virtual pdf print queue to all users. Appreciate you help. Thanks

Thanks Nick Bocevski, for nova pdf which required license. The one which i mentioned is open source and free. Can suggest same like free software.

I use the free versions of CutePDF myself and it works well for me.  http://www.cutepdf.com/  It also requires Ghostscript.
