how to restrict excel users not to be able to add additional column into existing Excel table

I have an excel table and I want to restrict users from adding any new column anywhere inside the Excel table.

i do not care if it is a worksheet event VBA solution or any other method. as long as it blocks the users from not being able to add new column. if user wants to insert new column then msgbox should tell them that that option of adding column is disabled by Flora

Protect the sheet and be sure to disallow inserting columns. That way the option to insert columns is disabled.
