Access to Azure 'isolated' VHD

I have one Azure VM which exist in a different region to our other Azure VM's and  is not connected to our vnet.

I have to get data off the data disk.

Can I mount the data disk VHD  blob directly in a Windows 10 PC? Can I mount the blob across regions to an existing VM?

How s can I get the data across to our main vnet?

There are several uses for blob within Azure
This is the use for disks of Virtual machines.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/azure.storage/get-azurestorageblob?view=azurermps-5.1.1

And this is the way you can mount things (if you transform it into a File Share).

Next determine what kind of disk do you have (managed and unmanaged)

Depending on the one you have, since it's vhd I think you should just follow this map:

1st Do a migration from Storage account migration:
https://azure.microsoft.com/es-mx/blog/migrate-azure-virtual-machines-between-storage-accounts/)

2nd Then you just need to load it into the existing VM
https://cloud.netapp.com/blog/azure-virtual-machines-attach-mount.

3rd take out your data and remove the disk.

Yeah. Thanks for that. Was wanting not to have to touch or break the existing VM.

If push came to shove might have to have changed storage account and attach to a VM in same vlan then reverse.

Also looked at using Azure Storage Explorer to download the .vhd file.

But in the end I just upload the PST archive directly to a users 0365 account .
