I want to modify the padding and spacing of form elements by using an internal style sheet (for now...ultimately I will turn it into an external style sheet). &nbsp;I can't get it to reduce the padding and spacing of the form elements. &nbsp;See this page: <a href="http://www.gopherstateevents.com/cc_meet/perf_trkr/login.asp" rel="ugc">http://www.gopherstateevents.com/cc_meet/perf_trkr/login.asp</a><br />

I want to modify the padding and spacing of form elements by using an internal style sheet (for now...ultimately I will turn it into an external style sheet).
