Get remote control software and join it that way. &nbsp;You NEED admin rights to the machine *AND* firewall ports to be open. &nbsp;If they are, you can do anything... turn on RDP, join a domain, whatever... if you don't have either of those things, you can't. &nbsp;And you've really given us minimal information.

I would have thought if it's not on the domain it won't have a DNS record, so you'd need to use something like winVNC to remote straight onto the IP.<br />

Although, you'd need someone to log onto the machine to get the IP address in the first place unless you can go onto the switch to get it that way.
