I have a network of about 30 users with a 100x100 fiber connection with Spectrum.  I am using a Sonicwall firewall.  I did a speedtest and saw 96 down and on 6 up so I called Spectrum and they told me we were over utilized and it was extreme.  My question is; how can I figure out what machine is using my bandwidth and narrow down my issue?

Have you got a layer 3 capable switch behind the firewall that all traffic is going to go through?

Based on what you have, the live monitoring is going to be one of your best bets. Otherwise, you might need something like Wireshark to do a packet capture. If you have a managed switch, you could take a look at volume by port.

Ran the monitor for about 15 minutes and unless I am missing something, I don't think this looks hateful at all.  Thoughts?SonicRTMonitor

Two ideas come to mind: have only one system connected, and see if things still are congested. Also check to see if there is a flood of traffic attempting to hit your firewall. What model Sonicwall do you have anyway?
