Mac Outlook 2016 Office 365 SMTP user not able to delay email delivery

A Mac Outlook 2016 Office 365 SMTP user is not able to delay email delivery on sent email messages.

When this user composes email messages he doesn't have the drop down arrow and option to Send Later... (see the screenshot).

What can be done to fix this and add this feature to this user's Mac Outlook 2016?

We would prefer to fix this issue without having to uninstall and reinstall Mac Office 2016 from Office 365.

How can this be done?

Mac Outlook Send Later Example walks through how to do this.

It does appear the ability is missing your screenshot.

My guess is you'll have to open a Microsoft support ticket to resolve this.

Are you using Office 365 Office 2016 subscription?

If yes, you need to update your MS Office first.
