Veeam error : application is shutting down failed to upload disk

Dear All

            i received below error on veeam when backing up linux, any idea how to fix it ?

Hi piaakit,

this could be due to time synchronization problems (different times) between linux VM and Veeam backup server.
Resolution would be either to sync time for Veem aserver and ESXi host where VM resides from the same time source. Another workarount is to execute following command on Veeam backup server:
"c:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Tools\VMwareToolboxcmd.exe" timesync disable

if you are backing up this machine through vmware. I would try to re-add the vcenter with administrator@vsphere.local
Also if you want extra info i would check the veeam log-files. Might help you even more.

Few weeks ago on our veeam i came to the conclusion it needs more than just port 22 to restore and take backups.
Quick fix might be to stop firewalld: systemctl stop firewalld

Joy Dingenen  may be onto something regarding removing and re-adding the server to vCenter. In the following link the user did something similar which corrected their issue..

i am able to fix it after reinstall the veeam application, thx for everyone reply !
