outlook 2013 cache does trouble

outlook 2013 for a user does not remember email addresses by name only for one domain. account on office 365. any ideas how to troubleshoot. user is working remotely and having to rename the roaming cache or empty the cache is the last thing ,if required.

are you referring to NK2 cache?
do you mean outlook do not remember the email address once the user send emails ??

yes. outlook doesnt remeber the cached email address by first name last name format. only by emailaddress. and seems to be pretty much inconvenience for the user to type the first letter, select the email address and compose the message.

it shows properly in the right format for all the other users.

created local contact for the email addresses , cleared the old ones and send email individually
