there  was one meeting request Called "Team Meeting" on harry 2016 outlook
This has been deleted from his calendar by desktop team

but now the issue is this meeting is being sent automatically as email to receipients

but harry is not sending it

Hi,

Have the user canceled the meeting with the following steps:

-In the Folder list, click Calendar.
-Click the meeting on the Calendar.
-On the File menu, point to Open, and then click Selected Items.
-On the Actions menu, click Cancel Meeting.
-Click Send cancellation and delete meeting when you receive the following message:
-The attendees have not been notified that this meeting has been canceled. Choose one of the following:
-Send cancellation and delete meeting
-Delete without sending a cancellation
-Click OK.
-Click Send to complete the cancellation.

Who cancelled the meeting? It is the organizer?
