"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

SSRS not in Azure as a service yet, SSRS is still on their road map.

So you have to go for infrastructure as a service. I mean get a Virtual server with SQL Server your edition and restore your database and configure SSIS and SSRS.

if you already have SQL server 2016 licence with software assurance, you can bring your own licence to azure, then you can setup windows VM and download SQL Server and use your product key when install it.
