Cisco 3750g vs 3650
Trying to replace 3650 with a 3750 g. I have concerns over the IOS version and multi cast, I am concerned about some of the IOS commands not supported in the 3750.
Trying to understand the differences between 3750g running ios Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPBASEK9-M), Version 12.2(55)SE4, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
and
WS-C3650-24TD running cisco IOS Software, IOS-XE Software, Catalyst L3 Switch Software (CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9-M),
There are differences with VRF and IP dense mode
Any insight would be helpful.

What does ip pim dense-mode do for voice ?
You don't have to use separate VRF for management if you don't want to (even if it is now configured that way). Do you have other VRFs in use except that one for management?
VRF requires IPSERVICES license as Mustafa previously already wrote (but also may be one VRF enabled for management and there is no need for license for management VRF, not really sure about it).
You can check license type on 3650 with show license right-to-use.

Multicast for voice may be used for music on hold. Multicast should be supported according to table below (at least it should be supported on IOS XE), but check it on Cisco Feature Navigator (link below).

One of differences that you can run into is QoS, since 3650 is supporting MQC.

Please note that 3750 is using IPBASE IOS which does not support all features. Try to use IPSERVICES instead. Moreover, what is the license on 3650 switch?
