Companies that airbrush/improve digital images

A user I support has pictures he would like to have an expert airbrush or improve using Photoshop.

What are some good businesses or individuals who will do this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

on lower right of your experts exchange screen is a link to 1:1 tech help. One of the areas is images and photos. a list of competent people are there. some of which have star ratings.

how many pictures/photos are we talking about? and how fast is it needed?
you can provide couple and I can try to do something and if you like the result, then I can do more.
I have only one problem, not too much time, that's why also on EE I do not stay too much, I have a lot of other things to do, but I can give it a try as I know some tricks and Photoshop is not the only good software for that.

Vicki2000,

This is for around 180 pictures and there isn't really any rush for doing this.

I need to do things such as touch up images where people are sun burnt or overly tanned.

Please share these tips and tricks with me and I will be forever grateful.

If you want to do it by yourself, here are some tutorials.
The menu of Photoshop may vary slightly depending by the Photoshop version that you have.
