Mac Book Pro - Mail App

Dear Support,

Good Day,

once Mac Book Pro user having an issue with - Mail App, when he received an email from some user its come to the inbox and when he tries to open its disappear from inbox and moves to the Spam folder.

Could you please guide me how to solve this issue....

Is it just happening to sender? or all the emails?

chekc your filters by logging in to webmail... filters are creating a problem for you... remove all the filters and after that re configure your mac mail with your email

Issue fixed as per below:

Microsoft doesn't allow users to disable junk filtering at the server level, so you have to address the issue on every device you access your email on. My S7 native email app had added emails to a list of spam addresses -- deleted those and I'm good.
