greeting cards software

what would be some of the recommended greeting cards software or platforms (paid or free) that we can use in a company such that individual user can also create their own customized greeting card?

I would use Publisher 2016 for that. You can also get it on an Office 365 subscription. Have a look at some of the Office 365 Business Plans for more info on pricing and applications included. The basic Office 365 Business plan lists:
  • Desktop versions of Office 2016 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, plus Access and Publisher for PC only
  • Web versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • One license covers 5 phones, 5 tablets, and 5 PCs or Macs per user  Tooltip with information about operating system requirements
  • File storage and sharing with 1 TB of OneDrive storage
  • Maximum number of users: 300
  • FastTrack deployment support with purchase of 50+ seats at no extra cost
  • 24/7 phone and web support

if you have image editing software (like GIMP or paint.NET) you can easily do this yourself.

here is a detailed article i made for GIMP (but the same principle will work for paint.NET):

Would like to test out hallmark studio and the customer service email mailto:custsvc@hallmarksoftware.com
Is giving bounced email, so not sure if the company or software still working?

Remove the mailto: bit from the email mailto:custsvc@hallmarksoftware.com and use the email address as custsvc@hallmarksoftware.com.
perhaps this will help: MS Office Christmas Cards: i think anyone can download these ― no subscription required.

Follow what Dirk said. In a link, mailto: means to launch whatever email software you utilize and open a new email to the email address that follows the comma.

You can just buy the software. There's apparently a 90-day guarantee. I found a link for a trial version, but it's for the 2012 version, so that wouldn't be a fair way to evaluate.
