Follow what Dirk said. In a link, <b>mailto:</b> means to launch whatever email software you utilize and open a new email to the email address that follows the comma.<br />

You can just buy the software. There's apparently a 90-day guarantee. I found a link for a trial version, but it's for the 2012 version, so that wouldn't be a fair way to evaluate.
