Google map - show dialog box with on click event

Dear Experts,
I use PHP and MySQL
I connect my database and get all the latitude and longtitude information I need and pin it on the below Google map sample.
Everything is perfectly fine. When I mouse over the flag (pin) it shows the information however, I need to have a dialog box.
When pin ( flag ) clicked I need to show a box with information inside.

How can I do that? thank you
