Automatic Reply Settings - Cannot be displayed Office 2016

Hey all - we have one user, on Outlook 2016 who cannot set their Out of Office through outlook. All other users are fine, we are on SBS with Exchange 2010.

I did check the autodiscover, and test configuration in outlook, seemed to be OK, any thoughts??

Sounds like it could be a client issue, assuming others can and only one user cannot via Outlook.  Have you run a repair of the Office client?

Ran the quick repair - running the full repair now.

From the Exchange server, you could try to compare a mailbox that is working to the one that is not using Get-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration.

Try logging into that same machine with another user and see what Outlook shows under a new Windows profile.  If the same, then likely the client or machine issue.  If not the same, then most likely a Windows profile or Office install issue.

Again, you always have OWA.

Delete the creds from credential manager - problem solved.
