MS Excell Filter List Based On Cell Value

Hello
plz look at the attached file
i have one sheet "Transactions"
i have to type accounting records
in cloumn "Parent Account" have to select one value
then , the next cell , child account should be filter based on related data as per sheet "Child"

That tutorial is great if each of your lists only has a few items and there are only a few lists to create.
