They want company distribution lists. We all keep up the main database and then do mailings out of it occasionally.

I find it crazy that Microsoft doesn't allow us to import the 4000 names into groups. &nbsp;Maybe they are trying to enourage CRM useage. &nbsp;Thanks for help -- am sending my staff to Sales Force.
