We have a coexistence of Exchange 2010 and 2016. We have a new user that has an exchange account that cannot be added to outlook 2013. This user can use OWA.<br />

When you try to add the account it does not auto populate the user information. It is all blank.<br />
<br />
The weird thing is that if i log on to the same computer i can add my account just fine.<br />

Our accounts are both in the same database in exchange 2016 . My account was migrated from 2010 and his was added directly to exchange 2016.<br />

Any ideas of what could cause this with this user?
