Conference system recommendation

for a small business which conference system will you recommend?

I have used Polycom systems at several office and found they worked really well. Works with various types of phone systems and I like the additional "satellite" microphones you can add on for larger rooms.

having conference rooms where everyone goes and uses something like polycom (highly rated) has really gone out of fashion these days. Processing power and connectivity has increased greatly over the years.  Skype and Skype4Business conferencing allows attendees to use their webcam/microphone hardware from anywhere has become the defacto standard these days.

I have also used WebEx

Both are easy to use and have a lot of features.

I'd be going with whatever works with your existing phone system in terms of an actual conference phone unit. But I'd also get GoToMeeting or WebEx (like mlmcc pointed out) so that you have webconferencing capabilities.
