Hi<br />
I've installed oracle xe on oracle linux. <br />
Connected with sqldeveloper with SYSTEM user and wanted to create a new user with admin privileges<br />
Got the error message<br />
GRANT SYSDBA TO WITH ADMIN OPTION<br />
Error report -<br />
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges<br />
01031. 00000 - &nbsp;&quot;insufficient privileges&quot;<br />
Why? I am logged in with the SYSTEM user which was set up during the xe installation<br />
how can I solve this problem<br />
