HP 2055d print image upside down or mirror

Check the following settings:

1. Paper type. Specifically, does the printer think you are printing on letterhead?
2. Is the printer set for duplexing (double sided printing)?

Duplexing causes the second page to be printed first (in most cases even if there is no second page), giving the page the wrong orientation.

Check the driver settings as well as the printer settings (from its front panel menu or from its web page). Word stores paper settings with the document so, if printing from Word, check the settings in the Print dialogue box, and also click on the Page Setup ink in that dialogue.

For eg when printing from an email in Outlook with wordings and image, those with wordings will print out fine, those with images will print upside down.

Is there the option to attach images from experts exchange app? Can only attach the images when later has access to computer

When writing a comment, there is an "Attach File" link below the comment box. When you click on it it also tells you what formats are accepted.

and still encounter the same issue.. attached is the images how it should be and currently the printout issue

Did you try steps I outlined in order?   Try the complete package and not the universal driver. Uninstall the universal printer and delete the driver and restart before installing the full package. Use the 64-bit package.

Hi John, can only test when next on site. think this model does not have the complete package, only the universal driver. windows is a 32 bit

Let us know. There are not many 32-bit operating systems left. I have not seen one since 2008

Also remember that the HP2055 may not be able to print properly in a system with very limited memory.

Printing etc is working fine before the recent win 10 updates.. the machine has no issues to print the same images to other printers models. same issue for other machines when printing to this Hp2055d.. printing words or text documents is ok just that when it comes to image is reversed
not sure which is the correct printer driver, looks like the latest driver is not resolving
