I am in the process of configuring two remote desktop servers and I am trying to get the roles configured correctly. I installed the licensing server role on our domain controller and installed the user licenses. I then went to one of the two servers and installed remote desktop services with the connection broker, Session host, and Web Access roles. Now when I start the server it says to use the Server Manager to specify the remote desktop licensing mode and the licensing server however I don't know how to do this. I tried to click the Connection Broker then Tasks add RD licensing servers but my DC is not listed nor can I query it from that window.
I clearly didn't install this right or I am missing something. What is the correct path for this? Do I need to make the Remote Desktop Servers licensing servers as well?
