The good thing is I have another new drive and its optical &nbsp;which is better than what is in there, &nbsp;Thanks for the try.so unless I can get the users password to login I will have to go that route. &nbsp;I am not sure she knows it but it is worth a try. &nbsp;I was just hoping I could get around it.

Thanks for the update. Without credentials, it is pretty much impossible to defeat encryption.

Encryption is the process of encoding messages or information in such a way that only authorized parties can read it. In an encryption scheme, the intended communication information or message, referred to as plaintext, is encrypted using an encryption algorithm, generating ciphertext that can only be read if decrypted.
