Any idea what this is: DSEGMENT=seg_dload.txt*ESEGMENT=seg_dload.txt

I'm working on a client's shopping cart and in the database, they have a pdf listed with this in the "extra" column. Here's a screenshot:

The text I'm referring to is, "DSEGMENT=seg_dload.txt*ESEGMENT=seg_dload.txt."

I've not seen that before and I'm trying to figure out what it is.

Any ideas?

I have looked at the files and I did google it and didn't find anything. I thought perhaps DSEGMENT represented a technology or a protocol that I wasn't familiar with, hence my inquiry. From what you're telling me, unless I can get a hold of the original programmer, this may remain a mystery.

Thanks for weighing in.
greetings brucegust, , My view , ahh Guess, about this data column is that it's almost certainly a CSV text, the first split is the * which gives two texts "DSEGMENT=seg_dload.txt"  and  "ESEGMENT=seg_dload.txt", these are also CSV and split with the = so they seem to have Segments as a D  segment and an E segment, these refer to a TEXT FILE  seg_dload.txt, which seems to be a Segment Download information file, the products that are material, physical things look like the use a shipping info as  seg_ship.txt ,
and the videos (mp4) use a download info reference as  seg_dload.txt.
If you can find and read the files seg_ship.txt  and  seg_dload.txt , you may can see what info is in them for shipping and download.
