"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What my clients do is use an email sending service such as Constant Contact. They will check your email and they will get it through. Sensitive users need only whitelist Constant Contact once for all mailings.

thanks for the reply, will constant contact check the email content for spam words , our emailers at a times are fully image , some times partly text and remaining image also how do they support if our list found to be having too many bounces as we have to first cleanse the list but until we send it first time we will not know as we have big list of customer list.

I think they will . I see image content in their emails. You need to contact them with specific issues but they send out huge amounts of email content with images

As John mentioned, Constant Contact does have a spam checker. I was digging through their help center and it looks to be pretty simple to use. It is basically a small button you can click to check your email before you schedule your send. It will tell you the risk level your email is at and what recommended next steps you should take. Here is a link to more information on their spam checker feature:

There are also other options for free or paid email spam check softwares/services.
  • GlockApps is a paid service. They offer email reports for all your email sends. It looks like you can get your first report free, but after that, you will have to pay for a plan. Here is more information on what that report may be able to tell you:

Hope one of these checkers will be able to help you. Don't forget that while the body of the email could be sending your emails to spam, your subjects lines can do just as much damage. Utilize the last link to check your subject lines for spam words. Good luck!

I'd like to suggest you look into Active Campaign as your email sending company. You will be amazed at the features they provide. Tagging, automation for email sequencing, a horde of triggers based on site visits etc. I left Mailchimp for Active Campaign. With today's online marketing strategies, you email list building is probably the most important piece!

Before you choose, do a google search on email campaign company comparisons. Then make an informed decision.
