Does it have a DNS server set to the company network as well? If it is pointing elsewhere, it won't be able to find the domain to join it.<br />

This can also happen if you are not logged in as a local administrator account.<br />

Lastly, you can go the &quot;old way&quot;, Start File Explorer, right click on &quot;This PC&quot; and choose properties. There are domain and computer name settings there as well.

Actually, there is another way. &nbsp;The old way, to be precise.<br />

I had the exact same problem, but after navigating to the System applet from Control Panel, I was able to join our Domain the old fashioned way.<br />
<br />
For some reason, the option just doesn't appear going through the Win10 Settings Menu in the Fall Creators 1709 Build.<br />

If you navigate to the control panel and click on the 'system' icon then the change Workgroup/Domain button appears.<br />
