Adobe Acrobat pro 10

Hi, I have 3 questions on Adobe Acrobat Pro X

1. One of my users is getting "currently there are no form fields in this PDF" error where other users can edit same PDF.
I've looked on line and I saw a posting that indicates,
I would need to choose the "Edit Text & Images" option under the Context editing from tool bar but can't find that????

2. How can I tell if the users Adobe Acrobat X pro has a valid license and is registered and what that license number is

3. I understand Adobe Acrobat X pro support has ended Nov 2017. Just want to confirm that that doesn't mean it isn't usable???

Thank you very much

Hi
Thank you very much for replying.

How about the:

choose the "Edit Text & Images" option under the Context editing from tool bar but can't find that????

Do you know how I would find or enable or locate that?
I don't thing the PDF is the issue??

Seems like the issue is not being able to locate
the "Edit Text & Images" option under the Context editing from tool bar but can't find that????
Look under Tools (Menu Bar)  That is where you find the Editing tools in later versions.
Look here:  https://help.adobe.com/archive/en_US/acrobat/9/professional/acrobat_pro_9.0_help.pdf

Look on Page 15 - 16 Toolbars. Your toolbars may be hidden.
I just simply upgraded to Acrobat pro 2017....since Acrobat X is at end of support..
Thanks for the update.  I have Adobe V2017 and the Edit Tools work fine.
