Two options here,
download chrome MSI package and assign/publish it via GPO.

1. Assign
If you assign that package, it will install automatically when computer logged in.

2. Publish
It will show up in Add/Remove programs console, when users need to install the package they must open Add/Remove Program window and select Install program from network.
