Error Message - VDP

Good Morning,

I have the following problem, I proceeded to perform a reinstallation of VDP, the deployment and configuration were successful, I can enter the VDP-Configuration Utility, but when I entered the Web Client and selected to enter the VDP I get the error message:

The selected VDP Appliance must be powered on to connect.

The VM of the VDP is on, once this inconvenience occurred.

Stay tuned to your comments..

Destroy ALL VDP appliances, and start again. e.g. re-install, check the VDP appliance you are installing is compatible with the version of ESXi and vCenter Server.
