Logo "vibrates"

Just pushed site live.  Noticed that the company logo in upper left "vibrates or flashes" when you mouse over it.  Not sure why that is.  Any idea how to correct?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Looks like it's because you're setting the logo to display as inline-block in the hover:

.site-title a, .site-title a:focus, .site-title a:hover {
    display: inline-block;

Remove that and it'll stop vibrating :)
