Logo "vibrates"

Just pushed site live.  Noticed that the company logo in upper left "vibrates or flashes" when you mouse over it.  Not sure why that is.  Any idea how to correct?

Looks like it's because you're setting the logo to display as inline-block in the hover:

.site-title a, .site-title a:focus, .site-title a:hover {
    display: inline-block;
}

Remove that and it'll stop vibrating :)

Hi,

this is because when hover it's having different value
ie
 display: block;

Open in new window

vs
display: inline-block;

Open in new window

and it's also have different padding
 padding: 16px 0px 20px 0px;
