How to sync Sharepoint Contact List to Outlook then sync to iOS Contacts?

I have a standard Sharepoint 0365 Contact List synced to Outlook client on Windows.

The synced Sharepoint Contact List, correctly appears in the "My Contacts" panel in Outlook

Outlook correctly let me select the synced Sharepoint Contact List as my default Address Book.

I have both the native iOS mail app and Outlook for iOS installed on my phone.

The contacts contained in the synced Sharepoint Contact List do not appear in iOS Contacts.

1.How can I get that list to appear?
2. Can I get bi-directional sync?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do not expect all MS features available on Apple devices. MS is showing dominance through Office features, and they leave Apple to sort the issues/needs themselves.
Going back to your question, I think you have to focus on third-party (usually is not free) solution or improvizing combination between your Outlook and iCloud.
