In Excel, when I press the down arrow, the row moves "up", instead of going to the cell below it. How can I fix this problem?

I currently can see rows 1 thru 28 on my spreadsheet.

I click on cell A10 to select it.

When I press the down arrow key, (row 1 disappears), (row 29 appears).

I actually want it to go to cell A11.

How can I fix this problem?

Thank you!

Make sure "Scroll Lock" key is not active.

Thank you!  Scroll lock was on "accidentally".
