In Excel, when I press the down arrow, the row moves "up", instead of going to the cell below it. How can I fix this problem?

I currently can see rows 1 thru 28 on my spreadsheet.

I click on cell A10 to select it.

When I press the down arrow key, (row 1 disappears), (row 29 appears).

I actually want it to go to cell A11.

How can I fix this problem?

Thank you!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
