Windows 10 Insider Preview error

On Windows 10 Version 1709 Build 17063.1000, I am getting:

AppX Deployment Service (AppXSVC) "stopped working" errors in Reliability History.

Has anyone seen these errors?  And then know what they are about?

System runs Office 2016, NCP Secure Entry V10 newest, and Symantec Endpoint 14.0.0 MP2.  Nothing else.

I can wrap this up. It appears the machine wanted to install / was lacking Lenovo Vantage. I installed that, and updated BIOS, Intel Management Engine firmware, Hotkey, HD Protect, a LAN driver and other updates. After restart, the only error left is "Windows was not shut down properly". This is bogus and will likely be fixed in the next update. I do shut down in an orderly fashion. I turned Fast Start OFF but that did not make any difference.

So the issue was not Store and not Symantec (as I thought it might be).

Thank you to Nick for pointing me to the Store which then prompted me to recall about Vantage (a Store App in the Lenovo Section).
Thanks McKnife for helping me through compatible software (in my case missing software).
Check this document and see if restoring Windows Store will help:
Is the software said to be compatible to the insider build you are using?
Can you reproduce the error on a clean installation of that insider built?
Was the error confirmed by others (ask in an insider forum)?

Don't expect insider builds to work flawlessly.

I don't.  Starting with the first V1709 Insider Build, reliability was very high. It was only in this most recent build that reliability suffered.

I have not yet been able to find out any information about this error in the Insider forum.

Can you reproduce the error on a clean installation of that insider build?

That is for a later time. I will wait and see if a new build corrects the issue. This is a spare machine and at some point I will do a fresh install.

Thanks both for your assistance. I will uninstall Symantec and try Version 15.  I will also try the Store idea posted above. I will report back on my findings, hopefully this weekend.

I am looking at this machine.

1. Playtika .... Casino updated (Store Product). Did not solve anything.
2. Ran the Store Reinstall.  Store runs fine, but the command output said it cannot install Microsoft.WindowsStore . Build problem.
3. Reliability Monitor said Windows shut down improperly - no it did not. I only restarted.

At this point, I am going to (a) wait for a new Build (Patch Tuesday ?) and (b) get a copy of Symantec V15 to test (uninstall V14 and install V15).

I will keep you posted.

Nick - if you post back, please be sure you are running Build 17063.1000 .  Thanks.
