This is using MS Exchange Server 2010 with SP3 on MS Windows Server 2008 R2-based AD domain. We have few resource mailboxes used for conference and meeting room booking. All the bookings are working fine. However, heard that there are these calendar and mailbox permissions for all these resource mailbox. btw, if I want to assign few guys as the delegates so as they have the full rights to matter with all these room. How should I set them?
