How to set the calendar and mailbox permissions of the resource mailbox of Exchange server?

This is using MS Exchange Server 2010 with SP3 on MS Windows Server 2008 R2-based AD domain. We have few resource mailboxes used for conference and meeting room booking. All the bookings are working fine. However, heard that there are these calendar and mailbox permissions for all these resource mailbox. btw, if I want to assign few guys as the delegates so as they have the full rights to matter with all these room. How should I set them?

Thanks in advance.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Mike,
1. For delegate approval you want to use the Set-CalendarProcessing commands.
2. If you want to lock down rooms so that only certain people can book the rooms you create a security group and put the people in that group and then add the group to the bookinpolicy of that calendar using Set-CalendarProcessing commands.
