Open File Dialog

Hi I need to know to correctly write the filter for Open File dialog to avoid the problem with case sensitivity.
For example I need to put the filter for text file and it can  be *.txt but also  *.TXT.
I use Visual Studio 2017 C#.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As far as I know the filter isn't case sensitive so should pick up files with both 'txt' and 'TXT' file extensions.

What exactly have you tried?

Text files (*.txt)|*.txt;*.TXT
