How can I password protect a list in SharePoint 3

Hi experts,

I am using SharePoint 3.0. I have a list that only I can access, but I would like to password protect it. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

You can control access via site permissions, which is part of site settings.

Good luck...

Thanks. I set myself as the only user and with full control. That seemed to work.

Anyway to make SharePoint ask for a password. This being if someone were to be on my computer using my account. Which has never happened but....

Thanks again.
