You need to inspect the css and see what rules are applying.  Try using F12 developer tools in your browser.

Give us a link that shows the problem.

a) You have a CSS rule on the <b> that is causing a line break for example

b {
  display: block;
}

b) Your content is in a container that is causing the line to wrap because the end of the container was reached.

We can't give you an answer without all the information CSS + HTML - as you have it it should not be breaking.
