MySQL Select

How can this select statement produce ZERO rows on the attached table?

SELECT * from products where App = 'Basin' and Acc = 'A' and Filt_level = '44' and 80 <= flow_range_up order by flow_range_low limit 1

based on the screenshot and a quick review...

it seems that there is no Acc = 'A' when App = 'Basin'

SELECT * from products where App = 'Basin' and Acc = 'A' and Filt_level = '44' and 80 <= flow_range_up order by flow_range_low limit 1
