I agree with the above points.  If the battery was indeed new, and of good quality, then it would charge and hold enough charge to start the car after you run the car for a while.

So then I would focus on the alternator and the connections from the alternator to the rest of the car.

It may be that the battery needs to be fully charged and then the car needs to run more frequently.

I can (and do) leave my own car in the garage not used for 2 weeks and it will start properly. A good battery can last that long. 2 months is a bit much and when you short out the issues, you should get a trickle charger for it.
I think Dr. Klahn is right on for the things to check, but I had some simple ideas just in case.

How long are you driving it around?  Usually you want to have it running at least 40 minutes to fully charge the battery.

Also, you probably already did this, but make sure nothing in the car is plugged in that might use any power (nothing in the cigarette lighter port, amp for sound system should be switched off if you have an external one, etc.).

Goodluck!
Usually you want to have it running at least 40 minutes to fully charge the battery.

That is why I suggested trickle charging when not in use.
Have you solved this issue?  I had my 2004 sedan out on December 13, drove it a long(ish) distance to accommodate early and mid-day appointments, drove home and it was hot (cold day), washed it, dried it and put it in my garage. I drove it for the first time today (3 and 1/2 weeks later). Record cold here in the intervening time.

The car started right up. So if your car is otherwise working (please confirm), you are not driving enough and need a trickle charger.
