Updating Cisco OS

I have an ASA 5505 running an old OS:

ASA 8.2(5)
ASDM 6.2(5)53

I have downloaded:

ASA 9.24
ASDM 7.82

Which I believe are the newest support OS for the ASA 5505.  Is there an upgrade path or can I just upload the bin files and assign them to be used and reboot?

Thanks in Advance

Check these two links.  One concerns the memory requirements, the second concerns "upgrade to first" schedules.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/security/asa-5500-series-next-generation-firewalls/product_bulletin_c25-586414.html

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/upgrade/asa-upgrade/planning.html

On the second, go through the entire document but be sure to pay special attention to Table 3 and the table titled Upgrade path

So I have a 5505 Unlimited-User and based on the first document I'd need 512MB RAM.  Show Version says:

Hardware:   ASA5505, 256 MB RAM, CPU Geode 500 MHz

Guess that answers my question.

Thanks
