Left click fly out menu not displaying in system tray or power button.
Hello Experts,
In Windows 10, when I left click on an icon the fly out menu doesn't display. For example, if I left click the wireless icon, the list of available access points doesn't display or it displays for less than a second and then disappears. The same occurs when left clicking the power button on the start menu. I can see the choices of shut down and restart briefly, and then the fly-out disappears.
I am stuck at home and sick so I will try any suggestions quickly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time Christian. I do have DropBox. I'll try your registry solution first. If that doesn't help I'll remove DropBox.
Hope it works! Please do post your results, in case others have the same issue.

The registry solution didn't help but I can see how it will be helpful later. I like the idea of being able to control how long those menus appear. I removed DropBox but the issue still persists. I just noticed now that Edge is working very poorly and is pretty much unusable. I normally use Firefox so I never noted the Edge problem. Edge just flashes after opening and typing in the address bar is slow to impossible. I'm sure my issues are related. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for trying Christian Petri. Your solution was helpful but didn't solve this specific problem. I eventually gave up and reinstalled the operating system. Things are working fine. I appreciated the help.
