Mac Microsoft Outlook Database restoration

We're trying to reclaim older emails from a computer that has them saved in different Office 2011 Identities. Unfortunately this is completely different than the normal way to do that. I've tried manually opening the database files with the Database Utilities program, but with no luck. How can I restore the emails in these identities so we can export the emails?

Below is the file structure of the database and old identities.

Below is the available options in the Database Utilities program.

Do you still have those identities available or not?
If you do, read this:

Thanks for the info Davis, however this is a previously active identity that is no longer in use by the Mac as shown by the Database utility. Those are all old identities we want to recover the emails from since they no longer exist on the server.
