Others will refute this, but I have been seeing and saying for &nbsp;quite a while that I &quot;believe&quot; that MS is crippling IE in Windows 10. &nbsp;I have done quite a few brand new clean installs on various hardware only to have IE not work right off the bat.<br />

I suspect they are trying to get people to use Edge. &nbsp;<br />

I have used IE since the beginning....I've given up on IE and Edge and use Chrome as my browser of choice.
