The only way to remove Raid 0 is by deleting it.

I'm assuming the Operating system is on the Raid0 if you delete this you will lose your OS.

At this point, you should back up your data, and do a complete wipe and rebuild...

You can't "undo" it.

Not sure what steps he followed but normally when you build a RAID array it wipes the drives.
(or at least I am unaware of a way to create a raid array with out wiping them)
If you have a recovery CD you will probably need to go that route.
If not you can contact the vendor and they can probably send  you a recovery disk (or pen drive) for a cost.

You can contact support and see what they say, but in all likelihood, you are looking at a complete wipe/rebuild to factory settings.

Ya, I have been browsing online and it looks like it is a big headache.  Love when people mess with things when they don't know what they are.

Thanks guys. :)

Did you try just changing the setting to RAID 1?
