Windows 2012 R2 Server -- robocopy, security permissions replicated ?

Doing the below seems to NOT replicate USERS/GROUP file level security
       robocopy \\filesrvr S:\Data /s /e /copyall /mir /v /tee /r:0 /log:c:\a\TEST_copy.txt

Any ideas what needs to be added to get file level security copied ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You didn't use the /sec or /copyall switch to grab the security settings.   Below is a table of the switches
